Hey, I’m Johnna!
Owner of Elevated Fitness & Mobility and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I lost 100 pounds through strength training after years of failed diets—and that transformation taught me that fitness isn't about restriction, it's about building strength from the inside out.
My Approach:
I program every client differently based on their body, goals, and history. Bad knee? Past surgery? Never lifted before? We'll create a plan that works for YOU—not some cookie-cutter template. I read people energetically in our first meeting and design programs around what your body actually needs.
What We'll Work On:
One-on-one training, small group classes, and lifestyle coaching that goes beyond just the workout. We'll focus on functional strength, mobility work, and sustainable habits that support long-term health. Whether you're rebuilding after injury, just getting started, or ready to level up your fitness—I meet you where you are.
Why I Do This:
I didn't start this journey dreaming of being a personal trainer (I thought you had to be perfect with no stretch marks and no story). But I realized my story IS the point. I've been the person too embarrassed to walk into a gym. I've done the restriction thing. I've felt stuck. Now I help others break free from that same cycle and discover what their bodies are actually capable of.
And I’m Clint!
NASM Certified Personal Trainer at Elevated Fitness & Mobility. On July 5th, 2023, I transformed my relationship with alcohol after two decades of using it to numb my life. That decision led me to strength training, which became the foundation for rebuilding everything—my body, my mindset, and my purpose.
My Approach:
Direct, honest, and no-BS. I help clients face the work head-on without coddling. I'll meet you where you are, but I won't lower the standard because I know you're capable of more than you think. Training with me means accountability, structure, and real results.

One-on-one training and holistic coaching focused on building functional strength, improving mobility, and creating sustainable habits. Whether you're brand new to fitness or looking to push past a plateau, we'll work together to build physical and mental resilience.
Why I Do This:
I spent years treating my body like trash, and strength training taught me that every rep is an opportunity to prove to yourself that you're worth the effort. The gym became my place to rebuild trust in myself. Now I walk alongside others doing that same work—building strength, facing fear, and discovering they deserve to be here.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY: ADVANCED WEIGHTLIFTING CIRCUIT
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
This high-intensity circuit class is designed for experienced lifters looking to challenge their strength and endurance. Rotate through stations featuring compound and isolation lifts that target all major muscle groups.
What to Expect:
- Barbell exercises: squats, deadlifts, bench presses, weighted pull-ups
- Accessory lifts: dumbbell rows, overhead presses, cable machine work
- Progressive overload focus for continued strength gains
- Structured workout programming

You should be comfortable with proper lifting form and technique. Guidance provided when introducing new lifts.

FRIDAY: BEGINNER WEIGHTLIFTING CIRCUIT
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
This welcoming class is thoughtfully designed for those new to strength training or looking for a safe, supportive introduction to lifting. Build strength, balance, and mobility at a manageable pace.
What to Expect:
- Foundational movements: bodyweight squats, assisted push-ups, dumbbell presses
- Light resistance band exercises for building strength safely
- Emphasis on proper form and controlled movements
