Elevated Fitness and Mobility is a boutique gym designed to provide a personalized and comprehensive fitness experience. Equipped with a PRX squat rack bench combo, a squat rack, dual sets of 5-50 pound dumbbells, and a dual-pulley cable machine with a 160-pound capacity, it offers a versatile range of strength-training options. The gym also features two treadmills, a Concept2 rowing machine, a stationary bike, and resistance bands, ensuring diverse cardio and functional fitness training opportunities. Whether you're focusing on building strength, enhancing mobility, or improving cardiovascular endurance, Elevated Fitness and Mobility has the tools and environment to support your goals.

Basic - $40 per month

The advanced weightlifting circuit class is a dynamic, high-intensity session designed for experienced lifters looking to challenge their strength and endurance. Friday Class

The beginner weightlifting circuit class is thoughtfully designed for individuals who are new to strength training or advanced in age, offering a safe and supportive introduction to lifting. The class focuses on foundational movements such as bodyweight squats, assisted push-ups, dumbbell presses, and light resistance band exercises to build strength, balance, and mobility. With an emphasis on proper form and controlled movements, participants progress through stations at a manageable pace, ensuring confidence and comfort with each exercise. The welcoming environment and expert coaching help participants develop a strong foundation, making this class ideal for anyone looking to improve their fitness while prioritizing safety and long-term health.

Red Light Therapy

I offer one-on-one personal training, small-group classes, and lifestyle coaching to empower individuals to take ownership of their lives and foster personal growth, both physically and mentally. I believe that fitness is not just about achieving a specific aesthetic or hitting a number on the scale—it’s about cultivating confidence, building resilience, and discovering the joy that comes with feeling strong and capable.
