Hey, I’m Johnna!

What started as a journey to sobriety on July 4th, 2023, quickly evolved into a lifestyle anchored in resistance training, structure, and self-respect. Lifting weights became more than a workout—it became a way of rebuilding trust in myself, mastering discipline, and stepping into the person I was meant to be. That journey fuels my mission: to help others break through their own barriers and build a life they’re proud of.

Classes

Tuesday / Thursday Classes

The advanced weightlifting circuit class is a dynamic, high-intensity session designed for experienced lifters looking to challenge their strength and endurance. This class incorporates a variety of compound and isolation lifts, targeting all major muscle groups. Participants rotate through stations featuring exercises like barbell squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and weighted pull-ups, complemented by accessory lifts such as dumbbell rows, overhead presses, and cable machine exercises. The circuits are structured to maximize strength gains, improve lifting form, and build muscular endurance, with a focus on progressive overload. With expert guidance and a motivating group atmosphere, this class is perfect for lifters aiming to elevate their performance and break through plateaus.

Friday Class

The beginner weightlifting circuit class is thoughtfully designed for individuals who are new to strength training or advanced in age, offering a safe and supportive introduction to lifting. The class focuses on foundational movements such as bodyweight squats, assisted push-ups, dumbbell presses, and light resistance band exercises to build strength, balance, and mobility. With an emphasis on proper form and controlled movements, participants progress through stations at a manageable pace, ensuring confidence and comfort with each exercise. The welcoming environment and expert coaching help participants develop a strong foundation, making this class ideal for anyone looking to improve their fitness while prioritizing safety and long-term health.
